Entering the property, you will come into a hallway where you can hang your coats and leave your muddy boots before stepping into the contemporary dwelling. Immediately to the right is a large open-plan kitchen/diner, furnished to a high-standard with Laura Ashley furniture, gather at the large round table with a lovingly prepared home-cooked meal. The kitchen has all the appliances you could need to rustle up some delicious meals or simply a hearty breakfast. The ground floor has a delightful snug area, perfect for getting some peace and quiet to read a good book and has a woodburning stove for that extra bit of warmth. Also on the ground floor is a bathroom, with toilet and shower and a utility room with washing machine. The sitting room rests on the first floor and is ideal for gathering to unwind of an evening and discuss the day's events. The first floor houses two well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a small double and twin, with a further king-size bedroom on the attic based second-floor with the benefit of its own en-suite shower room. This area has a lower roof and is accessed by steep stairs.
