Each apartment has been furnished to the very highest standard, consisting of well-equipped kitchens, open plan seating / dining areas (seating up to four in each apartment), and elegant and spacious double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.
Whilst attached to the owner’s home, Marsh Lodge very much sits in its own space. Guests have access to the large area of lawn to the front of the house with seating and designated parking beyond the cart lodge. The views from both properties are spectacular - overlooking the glorious and unspoilt marshlands of the River Alde.

One, well behaved dog is welcome (small additional charge). Please be aware, the owners have their own dogs.
The apartments share an external front door, a communal hallway with a washing machine, tumble dryer and freezer. Both have their own separate front doors.

Open plan sitting / dining room With television, DVD player, electric log effect wood burning stove. Dining area to accommodate up to four and comfortable seating. Bedroom With super-king size zip and link bed. En-suite bathroom Containing shower, wash basin and WC. First Floor: Open plan kitchen With an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. Open plan sitting / dining room With television, DVD player, electric log effect wood burning stove. Dining area to accommodate up to four and comfortable seating. Bedroom With super-king size zip and link bed. En-suite bathroom Containing shower, wash basin and WC. Outside: Guests have access to the large area of lawn to the front of the house with table and chairs for outside dining. The views from both properties are spectacular - overlooking the glorious and unspoilt marshlands of the River Alde, however the garden on this side is private. Parking is to the left of the cart shed.
