Description

There are two shower rooms as well. Rose Barn has a wood burning stove to give a cosy feel in the cooler months. Court Barn is slightly larger, sleeping six with two bedrooms on the ground floor and a third bedroom on the mezzanine with views across the open-plan living space. The living space is dominated by a huge fire place with large wood burning stove which makes for a cosy space to return to. There are two bathrooms in Court Barn, one of which is en-suite. There is enough space in each barn for all the guests to sit down together for a meal.

Besides the beautiful accommodation, the Barns have fantastic facilities outdoors. The Astroturf tennis court is available year round and the swimming pool is available between May and September when it is heated. Further afield, there are two golf courses at nearby Stoke By Nayland if you fancy a sporting holiday.

Both barns can also be booked separately - Rose Barn sleeps four and Court Barn sleeps six.

Additional Information:

Two well behaved dogs are welcome at Court Barn (small additional charge).

There is an age restriction of no children under 12 years of age at Rose Barn due to the staircases and mezzanine floor.

Please note that Rose Barn opens out onto the swimming pool area which is unfenced. The owners request that every care is taken to monitor children and use of the swimming pool is entirely at guests own risk.

There is a high chair and travel cot available on request (please bring your own linen for the cot).

Dining area With table and seating for six guests and views to the tennis court. Bedroom one King-size bed with open plan en-suite bathroom, including bath and separate shower. Bedroom two King-size four poster bed with wash basin. Bathroom With shower, WC and wash basin. First Floor: Mezzanine: Twin room (two zip and link beds, can be made up as a double or singles). Outside: Outside is a stunning rose covered terrace and landscaped garden overlooking an Astroturf tennis court. Guests are welcome to make use of the tennis court and between May and September, are welcome to use the swimming pool. On-site parking for up to five cars. Please note that the owners may use either the tennis court or swimming pool and the guests do not have exclusive use.
