Description

A short walk takes you to the coastal zig zag path down to the glorious seven miles of golden beaches (voted Best Beach in the UK). A superb 34' long conservatory leads out to a garden with decked area.

Southbourne is known for its micro-climate, making it one of the sunniest spots in England, but with an array of wet weather activities. Speaking of wet weather, Beach View also provides: a Sky movies and Netflix package complimentary for the duration of your stay; seven televisions, one of which is 3D and provides a small selection of 3D DVDs; Sky Q HD in five rooms (three rooms can watch different HD Sky at any one time).

Also included during June, July and August (unless otherwise agreed) is a fabulous beach hut, making Beach View a perfect large family holiday home.

Sitting room With comfortable leather sofas leading to the large and fabulous Dining room/conservatory With dining table and further seating. Ground floor bathroom With bath and over-head shower Double bedroom With a 6' super-king size bed (can convert to two singles on request). First Floor: Master bedroom With an enormous 6'6 bed, stunning views and a Juliet balcony. This bedroom has its own luxury en-suite shower room with megaflow pressure. Twin or double bedroom With 3' beds (can convert to a 6' double bed upon request) and a luxury en-suite shower room with megaflow pressure, this room also boasts a outdoor decked sitting area with sea views. Bedroom four With two 3' beds (can convert to a 6' double bed upon request). Family bathroom With a bath and overhead shower, wash basin and wc. Outside: The property has a sea facing, lovely garden with decked area and garden furniture overlooking the beach. There is off street parking for two vehicles. Additional Information Two travel cots and two highchairs are available on request. A beach hut is available free of charge for stays booked in June and July (other times with agreement by owner). Sorry, no pets.
