Description
The Haven is a luxuriously appointed, detached holiday house located to the South of the Isle of Wight within an area known for its Mediterranean-style climate and areas of natural beauty. There is plenty to see and do on the Isle of Wight, the secluded Steephill Cove is a five minute stroll away, and the Ventnor Botanical Gardens with a modern visitor centre, incorporating regular local art displays and exhibitions, is just a couple of minutes' walk away. The gardens also have a restaurant and a children's play park. An ideal location for an outdoor break, the Isle of Wight coastal path walks are within a minutes' walk of the Haven.
Ventnor seafront offers various places to eat, a popular beach which is good for sunbathing and swimming, a selection of shops and amusements, and plenty of car parking.
This beautifully appointed self catering holiday home can accommodate up to 10 guests using the two full height pull-out beds in the twin bedroom.
Ground floor: Dining Hall Open-plan, light and airy room with dining table and chairs. Kitchen Open-plan with fridge, freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. Snug With double patio doors onto the rear sun terrace. Utility room With washing machine and tumble dryer. Sitting room With HD television complete with Sky, this room also leads on to the rear sun terrace. Bedroom With a 5' bed and doors to outdoor patio area with separate seating. Cloakroom with shower This is also accessible from the ground floor bedroom. First floor: Gallery Landing With sofa and separate television with Xbox 360. Double bedroom With a 6' bed and an en-suite walk-in shower room. Double bedroom With a 5' bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, and a separate walk-in shower. Twin bedroom With two 3' single beds, both with full-height pull-out beds, giving the potential for four 3' beds. These beds can also be joined to give a further 6' bed if preferred. Family bathroom With bath, large shower cubicle, wash basin and wc. Outside: Secluded rear garden with patio and garden furniture. Parking for four vehicles. Additional Information: Please note that the property is suitable for a maximum of eight adults and two children in pull out beds. The fourth bedroom includes two full height pull out beds (suitable for children) providing a maximum of four beds. Cot, cot bedding, high chair and stair gates available on request. Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome (small additional charge). The ferries welcome dogs in the passenger lounges in dedicated areas and provide water bowls.
