This lovely cottage offers three comfortable bedrooms including a spacious double, a twin and a single along with a family bathroom. The living room is light and welcoming with comfy seating for all the family and the kitchen/dining room is a perfect sociable setting for family meals or leisurely breakfasts whilst planning the day ahead. There is also additional seating in the conservatory to relax and enjoy a refreshing cuppa and a good book. The rear garden is enclosed and an ideal place for the children to play whilst you relax with a few drinks after dining alfresco, and you may even hear the whistle of the Ffestiniog steam train. From the cottage, the Ffestiniog and Welsh Highland Railways steam trains stop at the station just a few minutes’ walk away and access to the Llyn Coastal scenic path is only a five-minute walk. There is also a bus stop just 100 yards away, and along with the railway station, this is the ideal base for touring. Tour the wonderful mountains and villages of Snowdonia, and visit the many other local attractions and fascinating places of interest in this beautiful part of Wales, including the Portmeirion Village & Gardens, which are a lovely and picturesque fifteen-minute walk. The attractions are in abundance in this area; explore the pretty villages and beautiful countryside and the miles of sandy beaches, which are all easily accessible from the cottage. An ideal base to explore the delights on offer all year round.

The large village of Penrhyndeudraeth boasts a selection of shops, pubs, a fish and chip shop, Post Office and a railway station. Just two miles away is the celebrated unique Italianate village of Portmeirion, which was the location of the TV show The Prisoner, and is surrounded by sandy beaches and captivating woodlands.
