There is roadside parking available and secure storage for bikes, should you want to partake in any cycling, with the Norfolk coastline as your beautiful backdrop. Entering the property, the hallway has stunning wooden floor, which leads into the comfortable sitting room, complete with two leather sofas and a wall-mounted TV to enjoy. The dining room has a wonderful feature fireplace and a table with seating for seven, where you can gather together as a group to enjoy meals. The spacious kitchen/diner has additional dining seating, along with patio doors that lead onto the garden, a huge Range cooker, which is a stunning feature that is built into an exposed brick wall, along with a host of modern conveniences, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Upstairs, you will find three spacious bedrooms, a double, a twin and a single, the latter two of which would be ideal for younger guests, each offering ample storage. The family bathroom has a stunning roll top bath and walk-in shower, so you can choose how to prepare for each day, while the second-floor houses a generous king-size bedroom with en-suite shower room and glimpse of the sea in the distance providing the perfect private space for a couple to escape from the rest of the group. Outside is a spacious, enclosed garden with patio area and outdoor furniture, so you can enjoy a morning coffee or alfresco dinner when the sun is shining. Mundesley village has a host of amenities, all within walking distance, including coffee shops, supermarkets, convenience stores, pharmacy and doctors surgery, takeaways, pubs restaurants and a post office, while the glorious sandy Mundesley Beach, lined with colourful beach huts, is less than five minutes' walk away, along with the Mundesley Maritime Museum and Mundesley Golf Course. Mundesley beach is a Blue Flag beach and has a family swimming area with lifeguards. Walk in either direction and you can have a beach to yourself. Mundesley Beach has been voted the best beach in England. Mundesley has a crazy golf course, a skate board park, football pitches, tennis court & netball/basket ball, fitness area and swings, slides and play areas. Venture into the Norfolk Coast AONB to enjoy a stroll around Fellbrigg Hall, a 15th century mansion on a huge estate with woodland and a lake, while Sheringham Park, owned by the National Trust is renowned for its stunning flora. Sheringham itself has a beach, golf club, Beeston Bump, a 63m high hill that overlooks the coast, two museums and the RNLI Lifeboat Station. Attractions for children also include the famous Dinosaur Park in Lenwade to enjoy. Nearby Cromer has a wonderful sandy beach, along with its esplanade and pier and pavillion centre. There are lots of cafés, restaurants and shops to browse, while other attractions include Cromer Museum, RNLI Henry Blogg Museum and Amazona Zoo. The Norfolk Broads and city of Norwich, with its cathedral, castle and museums, are also within driving distance.
