In a secluded position, surrounded by beautiful countryside, and on the edge of the creek is Granny's Well. A charming house and the perfect place from which to explore all the many beaches and coves, fishing villages, bigger towns such as Fowey with all its individual shops and galleries or even just mess around on the water. Boats to hire, ferries to take, cosy pubs to eat and drink in and walks to enjoy. Your choice! Sleeps: 5 Bedrooms: 3 Beds: 2 x king size and 2 x singles. Bed linen & Towels: Bed linen & towels provided for free at the property. Accessibility: 15 steps leading down to the apartment. Kitchen & Utilities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer. Nearest beach: 2.5 miles Nearest amenities: 2.5 miles. Outdoors: Large lawned gardens with patio and furniture, barbecue, pond and water frontage. Parking: Parking for 2 cars and a boat trailer. Family facilities: None provided. Pets: No pets allowed, sorry. General: Free WiFi provided, electricity and heating included, oil-fired central heating, woodburner (logs included). Important notes: No smoking, PLEASE NOTE - no children under 8 years old because of water frontage. Changeover time: 4pm arrival - 10am departure.
