Comfortable single storey cottage with one double and bunk bed. Shower. Open plan lounge/diner with kitchen area. Washer/dryer. Patio with garden furniture. Outdoor hot tub. *25% discount offered on stays between 1st September 2021 – 1st April 2022 due to building works being carried out in the immediate area. Please note hot tubs will not be in use 20th – 26th December 2021, no building works will be carried out during this time.

Yaxham Waters is set in 15 acres of wonderful parkland in the heart of rural Norfolk with views of the Mid Norfolk Steam Railway which runs along the back of the park.
Offering an idyllic location Yaxham Waters is home to two well stocked fishing lakes, one of which is for the sole use of visitors staying at the park.
