The property feels spacious inside and is set over two floors with the three bedrooms upstairs and a shower room on both levels. Parking for two cars is provided and there is a woodburner in both the lounge and dining area - perfect for the cooler months. Sleeps: 6. Bedrooms: 3. Beds: 1x kingsize (5’), 1x double (4'6"), 1x twin (3'). Bed linen and towels: Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property. Accessibility: Property set over two floors with steps up to entrance. Kitchen and utilities: Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, washing machine. Facilities for families: None provided. Outside: South-facing terrace with incredible sea views, BBQ and outside seating area for six. Mature front garden and steep enclosed rear garden. Pets: 1 well-behaved dog allowed - £25 per week - please let us know at the time of booking and we will contact you for payment. Parking: Parking for two cars provided in front of garage. Nearest beach: 0.1 miles (there is a path leading down to it). Nearest amenities: 0.2 miles. Changeover time: Check in at 3pm. Check out at 10am. General: Free WiFi provided.
