Coedfa bach is a lovely two bedroom cottage which is perfectly located with stunning views across the Lledr valley and river. It is the former servants quarters to the main house "Coedfa" next door. With lots of character and original features, Coedfa bach is ideal for a relaxing break amidst beautiful surroundings or heading out to enjoy everything Snowdonia has to offer. Should you wish to invite extended family or friends, Coedfa, a four bedroom former Gentleman's residence is located next door. Size – sleeps four in two bedrooms. Beds – one double and two single. Rooms – ground floor – hallway, downstairs WC, kitchen and lounge. Upstairs - double bedroom and twin room. Family bathroom. Kitchen and utilities – granite worktop and Belfast sink. Fully equipped, including electric oven and gas hob. Microwave, fridge / freezer and washer / dryer. Entertainment – TV and CD in living room. Wifi included. For families – high chair available Outside – table & chairs. Terraced shared gardens to include lawn area and also woodland and stream. Parking – two private parking spaces. General – bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided. Heating and electricity included. Logs available at extra charge. Welcome pack includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk. Pets – one pet. Guests may use the leisure facilities at the nearby Waterloo Hotel free of charge. Notes - no smoking please.
