Ideally located for year round breaks, this charming and comfortable cottage, lies a short drive from the historic walled town of Conwy with a fine selection of shops, restaurants, inns, a magnificent castle, beach and harbour. Adjoining the owner 's home on their privately owned touring caravan park, the property enjoys the use of the lovely surrounding gardens which are perfect for al fresco dining and taking in the wonderful views. A scenic drive inland takes you to pretty Betws y Coed, the outdoor capital of North Wales whilst the National Trust s Bodnant Gardens, Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and RSPB s Conwy Nature Reserve are all close by. Step inside this cosy welcoming cottage into the lounge with lovely views across the conwy valley, a great place to relax and plans your days adventures, or chill on the comfy seating in front of the Smart TV/DVD. The kitchen is equipped if you choose to eat in and rustle up a meal, with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine with the dining table perfectly located in the room for a romantic meal for two. Also on this floor you will find the shower room with a shower and WC. Head up the stairs to the lovely bedroom with stylish oak furniture and a king size bed and pretty views.
