There are 2 local pubs near by and plenty of walks from the door including the stunning Berwyn Mountains. This self catering holiday cottage is a dream property for anyone looking to get away and unwind in the countryside. Size: Sleeps 6 in 4 bedrooms Beds: 1 king, 1 super-king (that can be arranged as twin on request) and 2 single bedrooms. Rooms: Lounge-dining room, kitchen, bathroom, king bedroom, super-king bedroom, single bedroom, single bedroom, shower room. Kitchen & utilities: Fully equipped including fridge-freezer, hob, microwave and washer/dryer. Entertainment: 32” TV with family satellite package, DVD player For families: High chair, cot. Outside: Private and enclosed decked area that over looks the river, with table and chairs, hot tub and charcoal barbecue. Separate, enclosed play area with swings and a slide. Beautiful riverside area with flower beds - please note that this area is not enclosed. Parking: Plenty of parking space for 3 cars. General: Wifi, bed linen and towels included. First basket of logs provided, then £5 per bag there after. Pets: no pets. Accessibility: Ystabl y Berwyn is mostly one level, with some steps leading down to the bedroom areas.
