The winding River Wye with its long, shingled beach offers a variety of activities such as swimming, paddling, canoeing, fishing and birdwatching, or you can simply relax with a picnic in the sunshine. Hay on Wye is a 5 mile drive away, famous for books and its vibrant festival that takes place every May. It is also an ideal place to visit for some retail therapy or to challenge your inner thrill seeker by booking an activity at the outdoor adventure centre, 4 miles away. Venturing further afield, the Brecon Beacons highest point Pen y Fan is easily reached within 12 miles, within the Brecon Beacons you can walk, cycle or even pony trek across the beautiful landscape. Step inside to discover a homely and inviting property, which has been thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a family holiday.
