Visit Hay Castle, investigate the many bookshops, or head to the Black Mountain for walking and unbeatable views. And if you re travelling as a family or with a group of friends, there s plenty of opportunity for outdoor adventure from rafting to gorge jumping in this corner of the national park. This picturesque retreat seems to belong in a fairy tale with scenic forest surrounds and pretty wood exterior.
