Handily located in the foothills of the Brecon Beacons, you could soon be exploring miles of scenic trails and scaling the peaks of Cribyn and Pen y Fan on foot, by bike, or even on horseback. Cantref Adventure Farm is a short 1 mile drive away, offering an exciting family day out for guests of all ages. Brecon is easily reached within 3.5 miles, known for its cathedral, museum, and eateries. Beneath the climbing wisteria of the impressive exterior is a long galleried room that forms the main living space in the eaves of the house. It is a masterpiece of wooden beams, exposed stone, and antique furniture, made all the more special by a roaring wood burner and a 60's Wurlitzer jukebox. Bright tiling and traditional accessories bring the farmhouse style kitchen area to life, providing everything you need to prepare meals including a larder fridge, a large double oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, waste disposal unit and additional fridge/freezer. A small staircase leads to the first of the bedrooms; one elegant king size room and one double, both with en suite shower rooms. A flight of winding oak stairs leads downstairs to a large hallway with cosy seating, where you will also find the family bathroom and two further bedrooms; both king size. There is also a further WC and a useful utility room on this level with laundry facilities and another fridge/freezer. Below the house is a picturesque lawned garden with flowering shrubs, a BBQ, and garden furniture. Safely enclosed and well positioned to catch the sun, it is an ideal spot for leisurely afternoons sipping tall drinks and sizzling up something special on the BBQ.
