This spacious ground-floor apartment forms part of a semi-detached house built in 1890 in the much favoured Duchy estate of Harrogate. Cygnet Apartment has been elegantly furnished and decorated in keeping with the property's late-Victorian architecture.
The apartment comprises of a raised galley style kitchen and dining area set within a bay window overlooking the garden. The large sitting room is suitably grand in style with large leather sofas, a bay window and decorative fireplace. The first of the two bedrooms is a spacious master suite with double bed, adjoining dressing room and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom features two full size single beds and an en-suite shower room. Guests have exclusive access to two of the three sides of the mature garden which wraps around the house. Comfortable garden furniture is provided making al fresco dining on sunny days a must.
