Across the hall is the sitting room with feature rustic beams and a wood burning stove. Relax in the comfy sofas or window seats watching TV or reading. Glazed double doors lead from here through into the garden room, with access to the large, mature garden. A choice of sofas awaits you, perfect for afternoon tea or indeed just relaxing and reading the paper. Windows on three sides provide views of the surrounding fields and fells. On the ground floor is a good-sized utility room with washing machine and drier, iron and ironing board, and heated towel rail to enable you to dry any wet coats. Upstairs are 3 pretty cottage bedrooms: super king size, King size (can be made into twins if needed) and single, all with views. These rooms are complemented by a large, smart family bathroom with fabulous uninterrupted views of the lake and the fells, a double walk-in shower, vanity unit with twin basins and WC. To the rear of the cottage is the fabulous, large garden with an extensive lawned area, mature trees and bushes; great for exploring and enjoying the views. A must for those clear days not to mention a glass or two in the evening gazing at the stars.
