Situated on the edge of the Wolds the market town of Louth has an array of independent shops, cafes and pubs to visit. The popular Cadwell Park racing circuit is a short drive away offering all year round entertainment and for those that enjoy a spot golf, there are several course all within easy reach. Keen walkers and cyclists will be spoilt for choice with many walks and cycle routes in the area. A little further afield the beach at Donna Nook with is resident seal colony is a popular day out for the whole family. Popular seaside resorts Skegness and the Victorian resort of Mablethorpe with its superb beaches are within also within easy reach are well worth a visit. Guests arrive into this loving presented family home into the hallway which to your left leads into the spacious and airy lounge which features two comfortable sofas along with a Smart TV and an open fire so after a busy day out exploring cosy up with loved ones in front of the fire and stream your favourite shows on the Smart TV. There is a dining table with enough seating for up to four guests in the lounge which offers you the ideal place for a cooked meal and good conversation. The hallway then leads to the kitchen area which is well equipped and the chef of the group will feel at home with use of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, there is also a large dining table here.
