In a lovely village setting just a few miles from the market towns of Llandysul and Lampeter which both boast a good range of independent shops, pubs and eateries, this a perfect location to explore the beautiful surrounding countryside with a wealth of walking and cycling opportunities from your doorstep. The stunning West Wales coastline is surprisingly close with the quaint seaside resort of New Quay within easy reach, for dolphin watching from the harbour wall or sea fishing trips as well as a beautiful sandy beach. Picture perfect Aberaeron, with its colour washed Georgian houses is a little further along the coast and well worth a visit. (Please check admittance for the various attractions). Dating back to the 18th century this beautifully presented cottage has a wealth of original features with beams and exposed stonework creating a perfect homely retreat designed for comfort with thoughtful little extras throughout. Walk into the spacious lounge/diner with comfy sofas, one of which is a sofa bed for alternative sleeping, Smart TV/DVD and a lovely wood burner for cosy nights in after a full day out. Continue through to the kitchen, a lovely space with a real country cottage atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. On the first floor are two lovely bedrooms the master king size and a twin both designed for a good night s sleep. The first floor landing is a perfect spot to relax with a book looking across the village. The stylish bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC is on the ground floor. Outside there is a delightful enclosed courtyard, perfect for a morning coffee or al fresco dining. Plenty of roadside parking is available.
