A chic three bedroom pet friendly cottage located in Shanklin. Within walking distance of some amazing shops, cafes and beaches. A wonderful place to stay for the whole family.
Located in the traditional seaside resort of Shanklin, this cottage is ideally situated to explore and enjoy all this popular holiday destination has to offer. From the wonderful selection of independent shops, restaurants, and pubs in the Old Village to the sandy beach lined with cafes and beach huts along its esplanade. There are many other places to visit on the island too including wonderful walking and cycling routes to explore. Enter the lounge of this stylish cottage complete with a cosy wood burner and Smart TV/DVD, it s a wonderful space to retreat to and reflect on a fun packed day on the Isle of Wight. Next door is the kitchen which comes with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The bathroom with shower over bath and WC completes the ground floor. The first floor, accessed via the cottage style steps is where all three bedrooms are located. You will find the king size bedroom at the rear, next is the twin bedroom (which can be made into a super king size on request) with the bunk bedroom situated at the end of the hallway. Head out into the courtyard garden and enjoy the early morning sun with a cup of coffee or some al fresco dining after a full on day exploring the area. Parking can be found on the street to the front of the house on a first come, first served basis. There is a pay and display car park also within walking distance. A weekly Tourist Parking Permit is recommended, giving access to IOW Council car parks island wide. Need to know: 3 bedrooms 1 king, 1 twin (which can be made into a super king on request), 1 bunk. 1 down stairs bathroom with shower over bath and WC. Electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Smart TV/DVD in lounge. Enclosed patio garden with outdoor furniture. On street parking first come first served, Pay and display car park within walking distance offering daily and weekly permits. Travel cot and highchair available. 2 dogs welcome. A selection of pet bowls and pet bed are provided. Beach, shop and pub within walking distance.
