Enjoying a fantastic location along The Strand, the apartment is ideally placed for exploring the picturesque coastal village of Saundersfoot. The beautiful beach and the bustling harbour are just across the street, and there are numerous great restaurants, pubs and shops just down the road. Popular activities include sailing, boat trips, water sports, golf, fishing and following the Pembrokeshire Coast Path. The charming seaside resort of Tenby is to the south (3.5 miles), or you could head inland to the historic town of Pembroke (11 miles). Local attractions include Manor Wildlife Park, Heatherton World of Activities (both 4.5 miles), Dinosaur Park Tenby (4 miles), Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (3.5 miles) and Oakwood Theme Park (8.5 miles). Forming the second floor of Richmond House, the apartment is accessed via a shared entrance hall and stairs. Entering the apartment, you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge is a great space to relax in at the end of a fabulous day, with TV, DVD, Hi Fi and comfortable seating. The dining area is ideal for sharing a favourite meal which you can enjoy cooking in the attractive kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, washer/dryer, microwave and dishwasher. Exploring this cosy and welcoming apartment further, there are two bedrooms decorated in light tones: a double room and a twin room. The apartment also features a bathroom complete with a bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Doors lead out from both the lounge and the double bedroom onto the delightful private balcony with outdoor furniture which overlooks The Strand and provides a lovely space for sitting back in the evening with a glass of wine.
