Picturesque Seahouses is Northumberland s best known fishing harbour and is home to a wide range of friendly pubs, restaurants, takeaways and shops. Throughout the year, this bustling village welcomes visitors to enjoy the attractions both on land and at sea. A boat trip to the Farne Islands will introduce you to the local seal population and amazing birdlife, including puffins in certain months and, occasionally, a pod of dolphins. Coastal paths take you to Bamburgh s iconic castle and glorious beach, and Beadnell Bay for water sports like kitesurfing. You could also enjoy a stroll towards Embleton Beach and Dunstanburgh Castle or a picnic in the dunes. Cross the causeway to visit the Holy Island of Lindisfarne or head further north to Berwick on Tweed. The smart downstairs bedroom is located off the vestibule and has a king size bed and open storage with hanging space and shelving for your things.
