Slip through the door to the right to discover the sitting room, where two plush leather sofas invite you in to curl up in front of the TV with Freeview, whilst taking the other door leads you into the hallway, which grants access to the ground-floor shower room and to the kitchen. The kitchen boasts a country-style suite, complete with a working Rayburn, which acts as the focal point of the room before all of the other appliances one might expect from a fully-equipped kitchen, including the handy benefit of a dishwasher and washing machine. As the evening draws to a close, venture to the first floor landing to discover the four bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom with built-in wardrobes and views of the church, another sumptuous double bedroom, a spacious twin bedroom and a small single bedroom. This town is considered to be the prettiest towns in Nottinghamshire and it is easy to see why, the striking Southwell Minster is a splendid cathedral with one of the finest examples of Norman naves in Europe, as well as the stunning Archbishop's Palace, which bares scares from the civil war led by Oliver Cromwell. Those with two-wheels can look forward to exploring the network of cycle paths within the Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre and National Nature Reserve, each route alive with nature, history and folklore, there is something here for all ages and interests to enjoy.
