This attractive maisonette is usefully situated within easy reach of Tenby s railway station and is ideally located close to the town centre s many thriving restaurants, shops, cafes and pubs. Set within medieval town walls, Tenby has a wealth of historic sites to discover including the picturesque harbour, the Tudor Merchant s House, the Victorian Fort on St Catherine s Island, and the ruins of Tenby Castle. The town has four beautiful sandy beaches, offering a variety of activities including water sports, sea fishing and boat trips to the beautiful Caldey Island. Local attractions include Tenby Golf Club (0.5 miles), Dinosaur Park Tenby (2.5 miles), Oakwood Theme Park (9.5 miles), Manor Wildlife Park (3.5 miles) and the seaside village of Saundersfoot (3 miles). On entering the property stairs lead you up to the main living areas on the first floor. Here you will find the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner which provides an ideal space for you to unwind in. The pretty lounge has plenty of comfortable seating, TV and DVD, making it a great space to sit back and catch up with a good book or watch a favourite movie. The dining area is perfect for sharing a family meal which you can prepare in the alcove kitchen, fully equipped with a gas hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. The first floor also features the first of the property s three bedrooms: a double bedroom. There s also a bathroom on this floor, complete with bath, separate shower cubicle and WC. Heading outside, there are plenty of great places to eat and drink within a quarter of a mile. All four of Tenby s beaches North, South, Harbour and Castle are within half a mile.
