It enjoys superb views across the roof tops towards the Axe nature reserve and harbour and is a great choice for those seeking visitor attractions nearby. Wonderful countryside is within a few miles of the property and the stunning Jurassic coastline is only a short distance away. The local visitor attractions of Seaton Tramway and Jurassic Centre are within easy walking distance and the town centre and beach is just moments away.
During your stay why not take the local tramway which runs frequently from Seaton to Colyton stopping at Colyford on the way. The local nature reserve is nearby along the western bank of the River Axe and has a number of foot paths and cycle trails and bird hides which give you an excellent vantage point to observe the varied wildlife on the marshes and estuary. The picturesque seaside town and famous Cobb at Lyme Regis is a 15-minute drive away and Charmouth with its Heritage Coast Centre, famous for fossil hunting, is just a little further.
