This unique apartment is the perfect base to explore the bustling town of Holmfirth and all it has to offer. Best known for being the home of 'Last of the Summer Wine' and with a multitude of shops, pubs, galleries and restaurants on the doorstep, you will not be short of something to do. Breathtaking scenery surrounds the area, with the Peak District National Park just moments away, providing an abundance of walking and cycling opportunities for those who enjoy the outdoors. On entering this spacious studio apartment, you are greeted by a plethora of memorabilia, lovingly collected by the owner. Outside, the property benefits from a large enclosed courtyard with garden furniture and BBQ, the ideal location to enjoy a glass of wine whilst listening to the river running by.
