The family-friendly home features modern interiors and furnishings throughout, comfortably sleeping up to thirteen guests across the six well-appointed bedrooms. On the ground floor is the spacious living accommodation which is ideal for socialising and comprises of a living room with panoramic views, a fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast room and a formal dining room. There is also a games room complete with an American pool table and a Foosball table as well as a cinema room which boasts a 90” Sony TV and theatre seating. Upstairs are the six bedrooms, five of which boast en-suite facilities, the master even boasting a luxury nickel-plated stand-alone bathtub. Four of the bedrooms feature super-king beds, while the remaining two bedrooms feature bunk beds and twin beds, making them ideal for children or siblings to share.
Outside, there are five acres of private ground to explore, these lead down to a private shingle bay where there is direct access into the Loch. There is outdoor seating, deck chairs and garden benches, ideal for al fresco dining on Summer evenings.
Loch Ness Maison is situated in between the villages of Fort Augustus and Invermoriston, there is a supermarket and a selection of cafes and restaurants in Fort Augustus, just 5-minutes away. The thriving city of Inverness is just a 45-minute car journey, here there is a wider selection of helpful amenities including shops and restaurants as well as number of historical attractions.
The home makes a fantastic choice for those wishing to further explore the magnificent Highlands, the town of Fort William is just 50-minutes away, often regarded as “the outdoor capital of the UK”, here you could choose to climb Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain, visit Glencoe or take a scenic drive from Fort William to Mallaig along the 46-mile A830, also known as the “Road to the Isles”.
