Step inside to exposed granite walls and beams throughout the property, a log fire in the fireplace and flag floors. Enjoy unwinding in the sitting room in front of the fire, where you can relax with a good book or an evening of film from the extensive movie library. In the kitchen you will be greeted by a good range of appliances to assist you in all of your culinary needs with a useful washing machine, and a dining space where you can gather together to enjoy your home-cooked meals or chat about your day. On the first floor you will find three welcoming bedrooms, choose from two doubles or a single room, all sharing a gleaming bathroom, offering the ideal layout for a family or friends to rest between their adventures. At the rear of the property is an enclosed lawned garden with furniture and a charcoal barbecue, so you can enjoy a spot of alfresco dining in the summer months. Positioned within the village of Constantine, you will find numerous walking routes from your doorstep. Head to Scott's Quay, an inlet of the Helford River, enjoy a pub lunch at Trengilly Wartha, one of several good pubs in the area or wander through bluebell woods nearby. For strolls amongst greenery, head to Trebah Garden or Penjerrick Garden nearby; due to the region's gentle climate this area allows gardens to thrive, ideal for exploring. Spend a day on the coast at Falmouth where you can indulge in delicious local produce and seafood straight off the boat in its impressive harbour.
