Wootton has several small shops and a few public houses, some even featuring restaurants overlooking the pretty estuary. Some great walking and cycling routes are within easy reach of the property. The golden beaches of the seaside resort of Ryde are within a short drive. Osborne House, the island home to Queen Victoria and Prince Albert along with the steam railway are also close by. Upon entering the barn there is a pleasant dining area with wood burner, which forms part of a dividing wall between it and the snug a wonderful place to relax in front of a real fire.
