Woodsford is furnished in a classical British style with a modern twist to provide comfort and offers a great space for a large family or group, with the dining table seating 10. Large open plan living with sliding full size doors opening out onto an extended decking area furnished generously for Al-fresco eating with airy views of the lake through the child-safe glass balustrade. Go through the gate to your lawn area which leads down In the evening close the electric shutters and curtains and cosy up in the lounge area with the wood burning stove. The ground floor offers an accessible double bedroom and a wet room, with large shower and toilet, both have been designed to enable wheelchair access. Completing the ground floor is a large utility room with a sink, washing machine, a wall mounted clothes horse and a full size freezer. The remainng three bedrooms are on the first floor consisting of Master Bedroom with ensuite shower room with access to private balcony with bistro style table and chairs plus views of the Wakeling Island Village. King-size bedroom and a large bunk- house style children’s bedroom to sleep four children only. Completing the first floor is a family bathroom. Stairs from the first floor lead to an open air roof terrace with an impressive putting green for Golf lovers and a relaxing/viewing area. The entrance decking offers a bike rack for four and a boot rack. This property has ample parking for a least four cars, with a wall mounted electric vehicle charge point ( type 27 kw) available at the property. The perks of being on the Silverlake site not only include the charming and scenic surroundings, but the on-site facilities too; subject to prior booking and availability you can enjoy full access to the Activity Hub's facilities which are included in the cost of the accommodation, giving you free access to bikes, canoes, kayaks and stand up paddle boards during your stay. Included in the cost of the accommodation is access to the Hurricane Spa - a superbly designed tranquil sanctuary where stress-free indulgence and relaxation is achieved from the moment you arrive. There’s an outdoor heated infinity pool for some casual lengths, or take some me-time out for yourself at the spa and sauna.
