A beautiful contemporary three storey townhouse, conveniently located near Ilfracombe, a brilliant base for families to explore the heart of North Devon.
Located in an elevated position in the centre of Ilfracombe. This popular seaside town offers an array of cafes, restaurants, pubs, shops, an aquarium and a natural harbour offering fishing trips and pleasure cruises around the coast or to Lundy Island. The unusual Tunnels Beach is an idyllic place to spend a day at the seaside, with its picturesque beach, tidal pool, and café, all accessed via a system of amazing hand carved tunnels. You can enjoy the South West Coast Path and rural walks across the rugged landscape of Exmoor National Park. You will also be spoilt for choice with the selection of golden sandy surfing beaches such as Woolacombe, Croyde and Saunton, all within 10 miles. Enter the three storey property into the entrance hall with storage for your coats and sandy shoes after a day on the beach, and a useful cloakroom with WC. This leads into the light and airy contemporary open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has comfy seating surrounding the Smart TV, the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day exploring. The dining area has a dining table and chairs with seating for six guests to sit and enjoy meals together. The kitchen area is equipped ready to cook up a storm, with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Stairs lead to the first floor where you will find a king size bedroom with a Smart TV. The family bathroom is also on this floor with a bath, separate shower and WC. Up a further flight of stairs leads to the second floor with a double bedroom with a Smart TV and a bunk bedroom with a Velux window boasting far reaching views. Stepping outside to the front of the property there is a small area with private seating. The property has a dedicated parking space for one car at the front of the property.
