Description
Enter onto the drive and park several cars here before closing the gates, heading inside and straight into the snug, boasting soft seating to relax on after a fun-filled day, leading into the conservatory which overlooks the garden. Make your way to the kitchen to reveal a contemporary fitted kitchen, enjoying an American style fridge/freezer among the appliances. The heart of the home is surely the huge living and dining room, with space enough for the whole group to comfortably come together following the day's adventures, with several sofas, a 55" Smart TV (with a Sky package including Sky Sports) and a large dining area, perfect for spending quality time with your loved ones. Head out of the large bi-fold doors from here and enjoy the beautiful garden, whether taking a dip in the relaxing hot tub, dining alfresco at the outdoor patio furniture, or playing games on the lawn with the family. The ground floor also boasts two bedrooms, the first being a master king-size bedroom with a large dressing area leading into an en-suite bathroom, perfect for the older generation in the group or those with mobility issues. The second bedroom contains a full size bunk bed, and is served by the ground-floor shower room. Take the stairs to the first floor and find a further two bedrooms, comprised of a twin and a king-size, with a bathroom up here, so there's plenty of places for all to freshen up before or after your activities. Fallowfield lies just outside the centre of the village, with Winterton-on-Sea's local shop and pub lying just over half a mile away, perfect for picking up any essentials or enjoying a well-earned pint following a big day. The public footpath leading to the Winterton Dunes National Nature Reserve is just a minute's walk from the front door of Fallowfield, and the famous dunes are widely considered to be the best in Norfolk, the beach is also just a stone's throw away, offering a vast stretch of beautiful, golden sands, and much quieter than its neighbour further down the coast in Great Yarmouth. Wander the nature reserve behind the beach and if you're feeling energetic, enjoy a lovely circular walk though the dunes, back across the fields, and through woodland and into the village. If you're visiting in winter, walk north up to Horsey and sit tight in the viewing point to see a special site of seal pups being born on the beach, sure to be a memorable holiday moment!
