Conveniently located a short drive from the attractive village of Sheepwash and on the London to Land's End cycle trail, this is a great location from which to explore. Walkers and cyclists will also be in their element with the Tarka Trail nearby and stunning Dartmoor National Park is just a short drive away. Alternatively, head towards the coast and enjoy the spectacular beaches and picturesque fishing villages the area is famed for, including Westward Ho!, Hartland and Clovelly. There are also many traditional market towns and villages to explore in the surrounding area such as Bideford, where you can jump on the MS Oldenburg and take a day trip to Lundy. Other local attractions include RHS Rosemoor and Dartington Crystal. Head up the small flight of steps and over the veranda into this beautiful shepherd's hut. The stunning open plan lounge/kitchen/diner boasts a bay window with lovely countryside views, generously proportioned seating arranged around the dining table, and a warming wood burner; here, you can relax in style after a busy day exploring. Also perfectly crafted and presented is the kitchen area which boasts an electric oven, a two ring gas hob, a microwave and also a fridge with an ice compartment. The next room is the cosy bedroom which includes a ladder leading to a gorgeous elevated double bed with a pretty porthole window offering lovely countryside views. Completing the property is the contemporary shower room with a shower and WC. Venturing outside, further highlights await in the shape of a fabulous decked veranda with garden furniture. From here, steps lead down to a spacious lawn garden with garden furniture, an undercover outdoor cooking area with a charcoal BBQ, and a wood fired hot tub. There is private off road parking for one car provided directly outside. Need to know: 1 bedroom double 1 shower room with shower and WC. Electric oven and 2 ring gas hob, microwave and fridge with ice compartment. Wood burner (first basket of logs included). Off road parking for 1 car. Regret no pets.
