All on one level, the accomodation has been recently updated and comprises of an open plan living/dining room, kitchen area and two bedrooms. Outside there is an enclosed terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy an evening drink or to read the morning paper. Size: Sleeps 4 in 2 bedrooms. Beds: 1 Superking and 1 Twin Rooms: Living/Dining room, Kitchen area, Bedroom 1 with ensuite bathroom and Bedroom 2 with ensuite shower room. Kitchen and Utilities:Fully fitted with oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. Fully equipped with a range of utensils and tableware. Utility area with washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and collapsible airer. Entertainment:SMART television, Bluetooth speaker with wireless charger and games console (Playstation 3). Outside:Small sunny outside terrace with woodland views, bistro table and 2 chairs. Parking:Designated private parking space available for one car General:No Smoking. Short breaks in off peak only.
