The newly renovated cottage offers modern, comfortable accommodation and is ideally located, just 10 minutes walk to the popular, sandy beach and a couple of minutes to the High Street with a pub and a shop. There are further opportunities to eat out in nearby Morfa Nefyn and the famous Ty Coch Inn on the beach at picturesque Porthdinllaen. Size: sleeps 5 in 3 bedrooms. Beds: 1 double, 3 single. Rooms: Ground floor: Lounge / dining room, kitchen. Upstairs: Three bedrooms, one double,1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen and utilities: Modern kitchen with integrated appliances, including oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and wine cooler. Entertainment: Smart TV in living room. Wifi available. Outside: Private gravel and decked garden with magnificent views of the hills beyond. General: central heating and electricity included. Bed linen, towels and hairdryer provided. Pets: 1 dog welcome, at a charge of £25 per week. No smoking: inside the cottage. Parking: on-street parking nearby plus 2 free car parks close by.
