Situated in the vibrant seaside resort of Ventnor, this house is ideally located within walking distance of the town which boasts a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The mild microclimate of this beautiful town makes it a great choice for your family holiday by the sea. Enjoy nearby attractions, from the Ventnor Botanic Gardens to the southernmost holiday beach on the island, nestled in the bay beneath the tumbling tiers of the Victorian town. If it s the history on the island that interests you then you are spoilt for choice with so much to explore from the Castles at Carisbrooke and Yarmouth to the holiday residence of Queen Victoria and Prince Albert: Osborne House. As you enter this holiday home on the ground floor, the bunk bedroom can be found first with the bathroom conveniently next door with shower over bath and WC. As you head down the corridor there is another bedroom with a double bed and single day bed. Make your way down to the lower ground floor where the snug is located with a TV and patio doors that lead out to the rear enclosed courtyard patio. From here, head up two flights of stairs to the first floor and you will find the open plan lounge/dining area where you can get cosy around the TV or gather around the dining table to enjoy a lovely evening meal. Cook in the well equipped kitchen just opposite, complete with an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. Heading up to the second floor, there is a super king size bedroom and a beautiful shower room with shower and WC directly opposite. The enclosed rear courtyard patio on the lower ground floor is a wonderful space to enjoy an early morning coffee or why not indulge in some al fresco dining of an evening? There is a pay and display car park within walking distance of the house where tourist permits can be purchased.
