Situated on the edge of the cathedral city of Truro, this property is a perfect city retreat with many bars, cafes, restaurants and cinema a short stroll away. From Malpas, you can take the ferry down to the beautiful tidal River Fal, past Tregothnan Estate (8 miles) to St Mawes (19 miles) and bustling Falmouth (11.5 miles). Head to the National Trust s Trelissick Garden (5 miles), The Lost Gardens of Heligan (14 miles) or the Eden Project (19 miles) for a great day out. The north and south coasts of Cornwall are just a short drive away in either direction (roughly 10 miles depending on destination), both boasting spectacular beaches, sailing facilities and pretty fishing villages. Venture a little further afield to some of Cornwall s most popular attractions, which include St Michael s Mount, Godrevy and St. Ives, all of which are within easy reach. Entering the property, you'll find yourself in the hall where you can hang up your outerwear before heading into the kitchen/diner. The kitchen area is well equipped for rustling up some home cooked food with everything you ll need, including an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. There is a breakfast bar to enjoy your morning coffee,or an evening tipple and the dining area has seating for all. From here you can open the bi fold doors and extend the social space or gather round and watch the Smart TV after a busy day. There is also a useful utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a shower room with a shower and WC, ideal after a day at the beach. Head through to the lounge and cosy up in front of the fire on one of the comfy sofas or armchairs and watch your favourite film on the Smart TV. The lounge also has bi fold doors to extend the living area onto the decking. Heading upstairs, you ll find the king size bedroom with a Smart TV and en suite bathroom with shower over the bath and WC. Stepping outside through the bi fold doors, you are welcomed onto a decked terrace and lawn area. The garden is completely enclosed with garden furniture for al fresco dining and a charcoal BBQ and sun loungers for lazy days. There is private parking for three cars.
