You are welcomed to the property by an open-plan living space, with beams and wooden flooring throughout, as well as an exposed brick wall hosting a woodburning stove, which adds warmth to the room whether you are enjoying an evening in front of the television, preparing a picnic in the kitchen area, or gathering around the dining table to toast to a wonderful holiday. Moving upstairs there is a spacious landing with a chaise longue, making for a great place to read a book, with an inviting double bedroom further along home to a traditional dressing table, a feature fireplace and plenty of wardrobe space for those guests who slightly over pack. Also, on the first-floor, there is an eccentric yet contemporary wooden bathroom, with the choice to relax in the bath, freshen up in the shower or use the mirror to get yourself ready for an evening out. To finish the property, you climb up the stairs into the second bedroom which has exposed bricks and beams, as well as sloped eaves, making a really captivating twin bedroom with an extra arm chair and some storage space for any personal belongings. The cottage is set in the heart of the beautiful town of Settle, nestled amongst all its treasures including the oldest music hall in the country the fabulous Victoria Hall, an historic three-storey building known as The Shambles (a colourful history), the Grade II listed Town Hall, a museum, an art gallery, a great selection of good restaurants and pubs for those evenings out, and a public swimming pool.
