Description

Guests have ample parking available and lovely gardens at the front and rear. It is light and modern, furnished and equipped to a very high standard and in a perfect location to explore the ever-popular Camel Estuary on the North Cornwall coast. The accommodation upstairs provides a sumptuous super king bed with a fitted shower en-suite, another king size bedroom, shower room, a twin bedroom and a bunk bedroom. Downstairs is a large, sleek and contemporary kitchen with dining area which is perfect for family feasts, and a separate sitting room for everyone to relax in plus new family room to add versatility. After busy days by the sea, head for the terrace to find a tranquil spot for evening drinks. When returning from your sandy antics at the beach, there is also the useful benefit of an additional utility room. Rock and the North Cornish coast has so much to offer; delicious restaurants for foodies, water sports and spectacular coastal paths. Surfers can enjoy the waves at Polzeath. The famous Eden Project is well worth a visit and only a 40-minute drive away.

Rock is a desirable and much sought after coastal village located on the north eastern bank of the River Camel opposite the famous harbour town of Padstow which is easily reached by a regular ferry service. The summer home of royalty and celebrities offering top class restaurants and quality shops, the real draw is the array of watersports including sailing, water skiing, windsurfing and angling. Continuing on a sporting theme, the golf course at nearby St Enodoc is considered to be one of the best in the country.
