Enter the property through traditional stable doors into a spacious, open plan living area with a kitchen, dining and sitting area, complete with a woodburning stove, a feature SMEG fridge and views over the cove. Also conveniently located on the ground floor is a double bedroom, offering superb sea views. Head up the stairs to the first floor, which opens out into a cosy sitting room, offering a great place to relax after a busy day on the beach. Here you will also find a family shower room and two further bedrooms, both offering a relaxing retreat with superb sea views – one master with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom, and one with twin beds. Marvel at the outstanding sea views from the enclosed decking and patio area, where you can also enjoy alfresco dining on the picnic bench table – an excellent spot for breakfast in the sunshine. From Rockies, walk just a few steps down the road to the traditional 17th Century pub Port Gaverne Inn, or take to the coastal path to the village of Port Isaac a short walk away, home to many cafes and restaurants, not to mention a picturesque harbour.
