Description

This property is split between the main house and the pool house, both stylishly furnished and equipped to a high standard. As you enter the main house, you are welcomed by the bright open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room with bifold patio doors onto the terrace for alfresco dining. After an exciting day exploring the local area kick back and relax in front of the wood burner in the comfortable sitting room. On the ground floor is a twin bedroom, a wet room and a utility room. On the first floor are three comfortable bedrooms, two king-size and one twin, a large family bathroom. Across the large, enclosed south facing garden is a Pool house which sleeps another two guests in a twin room with en-suite wet room, open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting room opening out to the swimming pool and outdoor dining area. Take a swim in the outdoor heated swimming pool or relax pool side taking in the beautiful surrounding lawned garden. Rock beach is a 1.2 mile downhill walk, here you will find a small selection of cafés, restaurants and a pub overlooking the camel estuary to Padstow a marvellous working fishing port, accessed by the daily pedestrian ferry. A 6 mile drive to the town of Wadebridge, discover the pretty town as well as taking a walk or cycle along the scenic camel trail. Trerokken is perfect for your relaxing holiday base.
