This delightful cottage provides a true getaway for those looking to spend quality time together close to the North Devon coast.

Set in an elevated position above the River Taw, and nestling between the towns of Braunton and Barnstaple. A short drive from the property you'll find the historic market town of Barnstaple and its array of pubs, shops, restaurants, cinema, and a theatre, and Braunton in the other direction, a smaller yet pretty village with a range of shops and restaurants plus close to the Braunton Burrows and Crow Point. The long sandy beaches of Westward Ho! Saunton and Croyde are also within easy reach and are popular surfing spots if you enjoy watersports. The property is located close to some of the UK's most popular cycle routes, bike hire is available in nearby Braunton. Step through the front door of the property and into the hallway with a handy WC and utility room that houses the washing machine. Step up into the well equipped kitchen, with an electric oven and induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, and fridge/freezer. The lounge area has a large corner sofa with a Smart TV. A cupboard houses a selection of board games and puzzles. The staircase leads up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, one double with a Smart TV (with Sky multi room) and a further double room. A smaller room the perfect space to unwind with a massage chair and bean bags so you can really relax and recharge on your break. The bathroom completes the accommodation and has a bath with an electric shower over and WC. Outside there is a sloping lawn garden with seating and BBQ for all the family to enjoy.
