Description
On the upper ground floor, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom leading off the long hallway, which is filled with light from large windows. The village of Bradninch has a shop, a pub and a renowned, vibrant musical community. There are splendid walks along the River Culm and in the surrounding hills, and just north of Bradninch is Diggerland, where visitors can drive real JCBs, quad bikes and dumpers. The National Trust’s Killerton, a grand 18th century mansion has spectacular gardens and an arboretum of rare trees. Half an hour’s drive from the cottage will take you to the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter, which has a mix of culture, historic buildings, quality restaurants and shops. This cottage in Bradninch is a great base for exploring rural Devon.
Situated in the beautiful Culm Valley, surrounded by rolling Devon hills, Bradninch is a small thriving community, well known for its exciting music and arts events.
