This beautiful apartment is set close to the wonderful market town of Kingsbridge, a great base to explore the South Devon coastline.
Located just outside the town of Kingsbridge and surrounded by beautiful countryside and its own estuary, making it popular with walkers. The nearby villages of Bigbury, Bantham and Salcombe offer water sports including surfing, paddle boarding and kayaking. Further afield you can visit Woodlands Leisure Park for a fun filled day out or take a step back in time by visiting Dartmouth Museum. There are nearby beaches and coves to explore including Wonwell, Mothercoombe and Bigbury. There are also local golf courses with enviable sea views which include Bigbury and another course at Thurlstone. Other attractions and places of interest in the area include the historic naval city of Plymouth, the cathedral city of Exeter, Paignton Zoo, Dartmoor National Park, Dartmouth Steam Railway, Torre Abbey and numerous National Trust properties.
