Set in the charming village of Glasshouses, this beautiful three storey cottage provides the perfect base to explore the abundance of surrounding countryside and villages. The popular market town of Pateley Bridge is 2 miles away with independent shops, eateries, and lovely spots for a picnic. The bustling towns of Harrogate and Ripon offer attractions and are great for shopping. The area truly is a walker's paradise with an abundance of trails from the doorstep, and The Nidderdale Way within easy reach. For those who want to spend the day exploring, the wonder of Brimham Rocks and Fountains Abbey are both only a short drive away. Whether you stay locally or venture further out into the Dales, you will be greeted by breathtaking scenery in this exquisite part of Yorkshire. Head down some steps into the central clocktower courtyard, enveloped by the imposing period mill which has been restored into its new life. Step inside and be welcomed into an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with its old beams and historic charm, ideal for socialising and relaxing after days out exploring. The well equipped kitchen area has been stylishly fitted with a built in electric oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, and microwave, so rustling up a quick picnic or breakfast will be a breeze. Sit back on the sofa and enjoy a film on the Smart TV after dinner or retreat upstairs to bed. On the first floor, you will find a king size bedroom with storage for your belongings and a shower room next door with a WC. There is one allocated parking space.
