Situated on the edge of Bodmin Moor and within easy reach of 5 of the most amazing beaches North Cornwall has to offer, you'll find the location is the perfect place to explore both countryside and coast of Cornwall. Inny Brook Burrow is a newly renovated cottage, having been converted from a 2 bed property into a much larger and even better proportioned sumptuous 1 bed cottage the Burrow is unique with the added addition of a second river fronted lounge which has been set up and can be utilised as a dressing room/home office/sun room/cocktail lounge or art studio or quiet reading space. Inny Brook Burrow is a real gem for a relaxing vacation or sporting base, and as we welcome and cater for all your canine companions too, with a stock fenced contemporary riverside camellia garden you can all unwind and uncork safely in an idyllic retreat. There are even Otters which frequent the river and an abundance of wildlife to glimpse including kingfisher & cows all from the cosy riverside garden arbour seat. Inside, the larger open-plan living space is a true experience, right from the entrance porch with handmade Carn Pottery vases the warmth and welcoming feel with local pottery, original art lining the walls and sumptuous contemporary decor, with stylish leather sofas, retro bar, leather dining and arm chairs and a 3 seater sofa with oversized love seat double armchair, walnut furniture throughout all centred around a high end hi-tech holographic fire, which requires no wood (excellent for reducing our carbon footprint) and no cleaning you can fill the room with a warm crackling ambience all year round, just flick a switch for an all year round open fire experience to welcome you home after a day out exploring. Unwinding is central to the Burrow experience, with 2 lounges there's ample space to retreat. And with complimentary movies on a HD ready TV with Netflix, the master chef can get to work in the modern well equipped kitchen. Cornwall is famed for its food, so why not shuck some fresh oysters or steam your own foraged fresh mussels direct from the beach, with Moules steamers and recipe books and equipment and guidance on how to forage safely and locally, from the nearby beach at Trebarwith Strand or Polzeath. On arrival check in is self serviced, with dedicated river front parking, as soon as you enter be sure to indulge in the infamous cornish scones provided by the owner, while your canine companion enjoys their own natural treats (if booked). With a dedicated bar trolley, champagne bucket or for a complimentary coffee the kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso machine and milk frother, and stylish ceramic afternoon tea service, you get to choose how you uncork and unwind. Inny Brook Burrow truly makes a magical place to celebrate with your loved one, and your canine companions, as there is even an outdoor hot and cold boot and dog wash facility to hose down, your boots or pets and with complimentary natural pet shampoo, a professional high powered dog dryer and complimentary dog towels. If you don’t have pets you wouldn’t know any have even stayed, our housekeeping and maintenance is of the highest standard and all Covid safe. We provide separate towels and throws for pets and deep clean after every stay. If you have pets or not there are many enjoyable walks on any one of the many local all year round dog friendly beaches or the many varied coastal or moors walks. With a dedicated walkers app you choose routes to suit ability and distance, or alternatively hire an eco Bike and cycle the famed Camel Trail. It's all about location here, the Burrow is within close reach of many historic picturesque fishing villages such Boscastle and the famed Port Isaac (Doc Martin) where you can enjoy a delicious pub lunch or visit the harbour front fishmongers to take home the freshest catch direct from the sea, or book a table at one one the many Michelin star restaurants or hotels or enjoy fresh organic take away burgers from the acclaimed 'Nom Nom' restaurant in Camelford, amazing fresh Cornish Maids Pasties or 'Peckish'' freshly caught local Cornish fish & chips! With fresh local grown vegetables and fruit from the Camels Garden and organic meats from the independent butcher Steve Heard, you'll find many stores in Camelford the nearby local town, there is also a chemist and historic pub right on the river Camel, or even closer to the Burrow the Wilsey Down pub is famous for its organic meat and Sunday carvery. Within easy reach of the A30/A329 Inny Brook Burrow is nestled within a small holiday hamlet with tennis court, lake and is extremely quiet and peaceful, so much so many previous guests return year on year and some have been so taken with the magic of the location they have bought second homes here. The owners do not live onsite but are very close by only if needed and pride themselves on providing as much or as little help as each guest needs, as every guest is special to them, and can cater for those very special occasions on request.

The old market town of Camelford is located close to Cornwall's north coast and is ideally situated for exploring the wild country of Bodmin Moor and the high cliffs, hidden coves, fishing villages and surfing beaches that populate this beautiful area. The southwest coastal path is a year round attraction and the surrounding villages and hamlets harbour a wealth of country inns and restaurants. The nearest beach to Camelford is Trebarwith Strand which offers both surf for the more adventurous and safe rock pools for the younger members! Truly wonderful and only around five miles away, it is perfect for a day by the sea and is also dog friendly. Nearby Wadebridge has a vibrant shopping centre and the Camel Trail, while Padstow, Rock, Polzeath, Port Isaac, where Doc Martin is filmed and Tintagel can all be reached in less than 30 minutes.
