Description

As you enter, you are greeted with a superb home-made Cornish cream tea and you will immediately be taken by the contemporary feel that surrounds you. The property features a spacious open plan living area with a leather sofa and comfy armchair, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining area which are all designed with every comfort in mind. The bathroom with candle lights and large bedroom with French windows continue the luxurious theme throughout the property. Outside, the patio is an ideal spot to start or end the day in the glorious Cornish sunshine. Mullion is the largest village on the Lizard Peninsula and has shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants, craft shops and art galleries. Mullion Cove is a pretty working harbour where you can still see the old pilchard cellar and net store in this historic spot where smuggling tales are legendary. The nearby Poldhu Cove is an easily accessible relaxing beach whilst the beach at Polurrian, which is popular with surfers, is reached by an attractive walk along the cliffs or through a valley and is well worth the effort. The Lizard Peninsula is stunningly beautiful at any time of year with probably the warmest climate in Britain, and has been a lifelong inspiration for artists and writers with the clean crisp air helping to create a constant profusion of colour all year round. The rocks and cliffs offer shelter to the tiny fishing villages with their thatched whitewashed cottages where these small communities still depend largely on the sea for their livelihood. A wonderful place for a luxury holiday all year round.
