Chart House is a lovingly restored Grade II listed town house perfectly positioned in the Pembrokeshire seaside town of Tenby. This stunning property is just 80 yards from an award-winning sandy beach, voted Sunday Times Beach of the Year in 2019. It’s rare to find a holiday home that offers such a dream combination: year-round tranquillity on a quiet cobbled street, with golden beaches, shops and town centre restaurants just minutes away. Whatever the season, Chart House is the perfect escape for families and friends.
The elegant interior of Chart House has been gorgeously updated to offer luxury and modern style while retaining the traditional character of this fascinating, historic area. There are sea views from many of the rooms, a superbly equipped kitchen and a games room on the top floor. The three bedrooms, two bathrooms and cloakroom are exquisitely decorated with all the extras you’d expect: top-quality bed linen and fluffy towels. Outside, a small courtyard terrace offers an intimate space for morning coffee, sunny lunchtime barbecues or evening drinks as you relax before dinner. On the ground floor is the comfortable front sitting room, complete with coal-effect gas fire, cosy seating and a Smart television. The airy, open-plan dining area has seating for all guests and leads through to the modern kitchen, fitted with new appliances including gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Upstairs on the first floor is a delightful main sitting room with sumptuous seating, a coal-effect gas fire and a Smart television. There is also a separate family bathroom. Venturing up to the second floor, you’ll find the master bedroom with a 5’ king-size bed and an additional family bathroom. On the third floor are two more bedrooms; one is a family room, featuring a 2’6 single bed and a 5' king-size bed (which can be separated into two single beds when requested on booking), and the other bedroom features a 5’ king-size bed and en-suite cloakroom. Nestled up a narrow staircase on the top floor is a games room with beanbag seating, Smart television, PS4 games console and board games - a perfect hideout for older children or teenagers!
Tenby is a fabulous seaside location for your next holiday, with remarkable coastal and countryside walks, three golden sandy beaches and a thriving town centre steeped in history. Tenby’s medieval town streets are off limits to cars during the summer months, adding to the picturesque appearance and relaxing atmosphere. However, it’s always possible to park and unload right outside Chart House. Cars can then be moved to our reserved parking spaces just a short walk away. Need space to relax and unwind in a truly wonderful part of the world? Chart House offers the ideal getaway, whatever the time of year.
