This lovely Grade II listed Georgian cottage is a charmingly chic retreat in a prime location right in the heart of North Norfolk's uber popular village of Burnham Market. Ivy Cottage is a delightful petite retreat that's been sympathetically refurbished and maintains the period feel, highlighted with some very pretty wallpapers, while achieving a rather cool boutique vibe at the same time. Sitting just off Burnham Market's picturesque green, you are just a few steps away from everything that this fabulous village has on offer, and anything you might need in the way of provisions is within easy reach. On the ground floor, there's an open-plan living area combining a dining kitchen, with bathroom off. From the kitchen, an open archway leads through to the cosy sitting room, with a wood burning stove to keep any winter chill at bay, and a Smart television enabling you to keep in touch with all your favourite shows. Upstairs are two charming bedrooms, one to the front of the cottage and the other to the back. The king-size bedroom has an en-suite shower room, while the double bedroom has a very handy en-suite cloakroom. Outside there is an absolute gem of a cottage garden, which is fully enclosed and accessed via a private gate just over the shared driveway, that has a very sunny south facing aspect. Such a lovely place to spend a quiet afternoon, or enjoy evening drinks as the sun goes down. There is also a small courtyard garden just outside the cottage with a bistro table and seating for two. Ivy Cottage is the ideal destination for a couple or two, and perfect for a short or longer break. Two well-behaved dogs are very welcome to come too. Whether you prefer to relax and stay put or feel energetic and want to venture further afield, you will find Ivy Cottage offers you the perfect base. Additional Information: Two well behaved dogs welcome (small additional charge). Hypoallergenic pillows and duvets. There is no baby equipment provided. A parking permit is provided for the village car park.
